Engineering consulting makes clients have a comprehensive understanding of the value of mine, the useful elements, available mineral processing technology, plant size, required equipment and period.
Mineral Processing Test in charge of Mineral Dressing Research Institute is the basis of our mineral processing EPC. The “Minieral Processing Test Report” gives a basis of mineral processing design, equipment selection,etc.
Mine Design Institute determines a feasible scheme for the plant construction, and writes the " feasibility study report " and“Preliminary design report ". our will provide the whole design for mine including mining, mineral processing plant, water using, and electricity,etc.
Equipment Manufacture includes civil engineering and equipment manufacturing. Equipment manufacturing is in charge of our Mining Machinry Production Factory; civil engineering in charge of the experienced technician who guides the construction team on civil engineering site.
Installation & commissioning is key link of realizing dressing test, mine design, and equipment manufacture, and directly takes influence on production. This part includes equipment package, transportation and Installation & commissioning
It is simultaneous for worker training and installation & commissioning in order to save time and cost. Worker training has two purposes, one is the dressing plant works earlier and produces benefit; the other is training technical team for customers to guarantee the normal operation of the factory in the future.
The target reached of our EPC includes expected recovery rate reached, design capacity for clients reached, the quality of product reached, consumption indicators meeting requirement, effective controlling of production cost and the stable operation of process and equipment.
