Gold CIL Process Description：
1.
Leaching Pulp Preparation
Equipment：
Flow：
Add the gold ore slurry into 9 leaching agitation tanks, pour in cyanide solution in first 2 tanks , activate carbon in the following 7 tanks for the reverse-absorption process (the number of tanks depend on the capacity size).
Advantages of leaching pulp in Gold CIL process:
- Greatly reduce the number of leaching tank;
- Shorten the time of gold staying in the cyanide pregnant solution;
- Reduce the capital backlog in gold staying process, get gold quickly, fast capital return.
2.
Cyaniding Leaching and Carbon Adsorption
Equipment：
Material:
specialcoconut shell activated carbon
Material feature:
coconut shell activated carbon is featured with small hole, high reaction activity, wear-resistance and renewability, the adsorption speed increases 30%.
Advantages of carbon adsorption in Gold CIL process:
- Coconut shell activated carbon greatly improves golf recovery from associated metal, significantly improves the economic benefit and production efficiency;
- Washing thickener adopts continuous discharging, which reduces multiple cycles of hydrothermal gold, recycle early; extends the time of pulp concentration, increases the leaching rate;
- Washing thickener achieves countercurrent washing, which has large volume and high washing efficiency;
3.
Carbon Acid Regeneration
Advantages of carbon acid regeneration in Gold CIL process:
- Ensures the minimum carbon gold loses during transmission, it lower the gold loses and the processing line is easy to maintain.

Pulp Agitation

- Convey pulp fast, making pulp in small cycles;
- Reduce power consumption 70%;
- Solid materials suspend evenly;
- Activated carbon with low wear;
- High gold recovery rate.

Gold Loaded Carbon Desorption
Equipment：
Advantages of desorption electrolysis system in Gold CIL process:
- Adopts high-temperature and high-pressure desorption (150℃，0.5Mpa), which can desorb 99% gold within 2-6 hours;
- Pregnant solution contains high concentrations of gold and silver Cyanide complex ions, and less impurity ions, after the process of Yantai Group efficient, low-powered and fast desorption electrolysis system, high purity solid gold can be obtained safely and economically.

In January 2015, weundertook Tanzania 1200tpd gold project of a mining company, the project adopted Gold CIL process, after construction design and installation, it has been put into production now, the recovery rate of gold production line reached expected goal, the final gold leaching rate was 91.5%, which brought large amount of economic benefits for clients and obtained high praise from clients.
In March 2015, we took charge of African Zimbabwe Huangzhi 700tpd gold project, the plant is mainly quartzite gold mine, most is oxidized ore or primary ore with low sulfur ore, so we chose gravity separation + all-sliming CIL process, which achieved efficient recovery of gold, save 15% cost. Equipment still operate smoothly after put into production one year, customer are very satisfied with this result.
